Kimberley Eady (b. 1993, Renfrew) is a painter and visual artist working in Ottawa, Canada. Her practice explores objective and subjective data processes and story-making through painting.
Kimberley completed a BFA at the University of Ottawa in 2022. Her work has been exhibited in North America including Ottawa and Toronto, and has been featured internationally among EU and UK artists. Kimberley is a recipient of the Edmund and Isobel Ryan Visual Arts Scholarship and a BMO 1st Art Prize nomination. She has also received grants from the Ottawa Arts Council, the City of Ottawa, and the University of Ottawa, and was hosted at Lac-Cole Artist Residency, QC, in 2022.
Kimberley’s paintings are published in Issue 01 of flo. literary magazine based in Ottawa-Quebec, and featured on Akimbo Online Publishing, Toronto. Kimberley is also a healthcare worker in Ottawa, and an occasional art criticism writer and editor, with contributions in the photo journal publication Deadfall Press based in Richmond, BC.
